Our group spent the better part of the day brainstorming in class today. We came up with many diverse ideas from each member of the group and were even able to decide on a basic idea for our game. The idea includes "Everything But the Kitchen Sink." We are thinking of a wide variety of categories from music lyrics and movies, to food products, improv and a few more. Each of these categories will be made into questions, activities, or challenges that give the players the opportunity to gain points.
Over the next few meetings we'll decide on the layout for the board, the ways to move around the board, and the rules, and the gameplay. We have to think of our target audience when creating the game and cater to them. once that is done we can begin prototypes and playtesting.
